I make sure every speaker, sponsor and big moment is covered, so you have the images for this week's posts, the board report and next year's ticket sales.

Speakers are shot with available light, so there's no flash going off in their faces. I bring laptops on site, so a selection of edited images is ready for your socials during the event or straight after.

Can you do same-day images?

Yes. I edit a selection on site so you can post them on social while the event is still going, then the full gallery follows, often within 2 days.

Have you shot at our venue before?

I've worked at the NEC, Coventry Arena, Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport and Wroxall Abbey Hotel, and at big outdoor shows like the Royal Highland Show, Hillhead and Rail Live. If your venue is new to me, I get the running order, access and parking details beforehand so I hit the ground running.

Can't we just use someone's phone?

You only get one go at the event. A dedicated photographer gets every speaker, sponsor and key moment, edited and ready in a couple of days, plus same-day images for social. And whoever had the phone gets to do their actual job.

Can you get an aerial photo of the venue?

Yes. A drone photo or two of the venue can be included in your booking, shot by me. Drone video and fly-throughs are quoted separately.

Can you film the event too?

Yes. Event highlight reels, social clips and interviews are shot by a trusted video partner and managed by me, quoted to suit.

How much does conference photography cost?

A half day is £300+VAT and a full day is from £495+VAT, including all editing, a gallery for every attendee, high-res and social-ready files and full usage. No travel charge within 30 miles of Lichfield.
